Do you remember the short promotional video that was done in the late 50s about Piqua, Ohio which showed what the town looked like way back then?

The movie was called “A Trip To Our Town” and was re-released on DVD a few years back.
“A Trip To Our Town” always captivated our team at Michael Web Solutions. In fact, we enjoyed the original so much we decided to remake it shot in much of the same style as the original. With that said, since Piqua has changed a TON since when the original was made, there will definitely be a mix of some old and new highlights in the new version.
Below you’ll find Part 1 of this remake which will eventually be an entire series focusing on a number of the different things Piqua has to offer. It provides a brief look at what it looks like entering Piqua on the “Famed Dixie Highway” and also touches base on a few of the monuments and city buildings located in the downtown area.
